One time in Assynt

Yellows overlaid and underlaid. A sickly pervasive yellow sky that covers us all.
Suilven again. Andy G asks me if I go to Assynt often and no I answer I can’t say I do. Two epic trips in the 1990s hiking and camping with my brother Robert . Those have stayed with me, those keep me going, the memory of them.
Mountains named with weird single words: Canisp, Quinag, Arkle, Suilven. A view from the guesthouse. An old fishing boat coming into the harbour in Lochinver, with shouting men. I think they were Spanish?
