Katie Paterson's lifelong series of artworks, Ideas, will feature in the Southbank Centre's Creative Intelligence, a three-day takeover of art, performance, music, demos, debate, play and experimentation.
Paterson's Ideas exist as short, haiku-like sentences that take shape in the imagination of whoever encounters them. They are a constellation of reflections on deep time, distant places and imagined worlds, and will be read by broadcaster Mary Anne Hobbs, forming a dreamlike sound installation.
