In Focus
Slow Looking: contemporary drawing
21 May – 30 September 2012

This display explores how artists today are using drawing to create new forms of representation. Using the modest material properties of pencil on paper, they carefully rework images and objects, which are either found or made, to create a sense of visual intrigue that encourages and extended act of looking. Includes the work of Anna Barriball, Paul Chiappe, Richard Forster, David Musgrave and Peter Peri.
