This is the third print from the Billboard for Edinburgh series.
As part of the project, each billboard image is realised as an original print, signed and numbered by the artist, in an edition of 50.
Bob and Roberta Smith's image is typically full of humour, provoking the public to take action as they have in many previous projects - "Make Art Not War" and "Make Your Own Damn Art".
The image references The City of Edinburgh Council and The Scottish Government's controversial Tram project. Construction of the tram network is currently underway and the project is due for completion in 2011.
